This past week the children from our Light of Hope Homes were blessed with a special experience at the Country Club Johannesburg, where they received their very first golf lessons. It was a day filled with excitement, learning and inspiration as the children stepped onto the driving range.

From learning how to hold a club to taking their first swings, the children were eager to participate and there was much laughter amidst great concentration. The smiles on their faces and the excitement in their hearts were priceless gifts to witness, especially when a great shot was made.

This opportunity was made possible through the kindness and generosity of the Country Club Johannesburg, and we are truly thankful. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Mikhail, Graydon and Joseph for devoting their time and energy to patiently guide and teach the children. Through their care and encouragement, the children are not only experiencing a new sport but leave the driving range feeling confident and inspired.

Above all, we give glory to God for orchestrating this experience. His hand was evident in every moment, and we are reminded once again of his faithfulness in providing opportunities for growth and joy in the lives of these young children.
